This slab of gut ripping Swedish style old school Death Metal is now available for distribution/sale worlwide. This is my first 12” release as a label (in conspiracy with Colombian label In Fastu Negas). The Scum hails from Manizales, Colombia, has been active since 2013 and is well established and esteemed in their own country and in South America. They tour extensively in support of this excellent sophomore full length album. It should be noted that vocalist Jose Fernando Ospina and Drummer Mauricio Aristizabal are also members of underground band Nepente, a blackened death metal outfit from the same town. Bassist Mateo Garcia is the founding member of Evil Strike, a blackened thrash band also from Manizales. So, what you get here is a band that consists of Manizales' creme de la creme and exactly that is represented on this killer record. • Released for the first time on 12" in May 2023. • 225 copies limited edition on black vinyl.
